Happy 1st Birthday to Harrison!!!!!

Happy birthday Harrison!!! Harrison, as I was working today I kept looking up at the clock and thinking about the events that occured on this day a year ago. I remember how I could barely support myself at the end of the 2 hours of pushing, but when you were finally here I held myself up so that I could watch your every move. You have brought so much joy, laughter, and smiles to your daddy and my life. We love your amazing facial expressions, hearing you talk in the mornings in your crib, laughing as you do silly things, watching you grow and change daily, seeing your smile after a long work day, hearing you say "hot" to every item you aren't supposed to touch, exploring outside with you, and just enjoying our family time. We love you so much and are so excited for the years/adventures ahead. We are truely blessed to have you as our son.

Pictures to come of the big 1st birthday party!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Great Grandma

Great Great grandma meeting Hudson for the first time.

Great Grandma Huntsucker passed away yesterday at my parents house. She was an amazing woman and always demonstrated great love for her family. She made the best macaroni and cheese, could carryon the best conversations, loved watching her great great grandsons play, enjoyed cookies, candy, and cake, always worked hard, and loved family time. We will deeply miss her, however we know eternity in heaven is so much greater than what this earth has to offer and all of her pain is gone. I know she is in heaven right now telling my grandma and great grandpa about how we are all doing with the biggest smile on her face.

Count down to the BIG "ONE"

Such a stud.
His facial expressions crack us up every day!!

He still loves his bear...oh my how the bear has shrunk-hehe
Inspecting his bear.
Harrison will be one a week from this Friday. Boy how time flies. The next couple of days I will be posting pictures/memories from his birth until his 1st birthday. So keep checking back. These are a few pics of him in his new tie and lounging in his chair. Enjoy

Watch Out...he is growing like a weed.

Before long Harrison is going to be taller than his Grandma Vaught:)

How can Harrison be afraid of little Sam, when he will allow Savannah, my parents 95 pound german shepard/lab mix, lick his face? We are still working on being gentle.

1st Wedding

All of the K-State crew-They always have a blast!!!
Steven and Rebecca-we wish we could see you guys more often.

We enjoyed having adult conversations-however I would be lying if I said I didn't miss Harrison.
Harrison loves his Uncle Steve:) Doesn't Harrison look super cute?
This was after Benn and Amanda's wedding ceremony...he didn't look like this during it-I was holding him and he was all over the place...He did great though. Don't my guys look handsome:)

New ride

Excuse me sir, can I see your license? Harrison is always making sure his buddy is ok.
Through the sky light
Can't you see I am driving? Hudson was fascinated by Harrison's hair.
Do you like my new ride at grandma's house?

Play Date with Hudson, Josiah, and Ezekiel

Josiah and Harrison are enjoying each other so much more. It is so neat to see them actually play with each other. They kept going in and out of the jeep shop. They had a blast. Harrison took a 2 and half hour nap after playing.
Harrison is telling Hudson how to stay sitting up and not topple over:)
Peek a boo.

Ezekial was asleep for the first half of play time.
Hudson chewing on Harrison's sock:)

Not a regular Monday

Craig's Jeep after parking it at my work...if you notice the tire is no longer on the wheel studs...
No lug nuts...We don't know the whole story yet...but someone stole the lug nuts off of his front left tire and God was definitely watching out for him. He made it 11 miles at speeds from 40 to 60 mph and the tire didn't come off until he hit the bump in my work parking lot. We are really thankful to have Craig still with us and gave lots of hugs and kisses tonight.
I do not say thank you enough to Craig for all he does. He is my best friend, an amazing husband, a great daddy, and I am so glad that he is ok. He is always there for me and always makes sure that Harrison and I are taken care of. Oh and to watch him with our son makes me smile and love him that much more. I love you Craig and appreciate all you do for us.

Home owners association

Do you think this was approved by the home owners association? This is what we noticed on the way to my parents house. Couple of lucky kids to say they have a playground that is larger than their house:)

Look mom at my new trick...heart attack

Look mom no hands. AHHHH!!!
I don't think the safety gate will work too much longer.
Driving the car backwards.
Gonna jump!!!

Harrison and Hudson

Hudson trying out Harrison's race truck. He loved the buttons.
Side by side pic and holding hands. They are going to be best buds.

Harrison enjoyed showing his cousin new things. Hudson was wide eyed the entire time.
Beautiful blue eyes. Look at the side pic to see Harrison in this same outfit:)
Growing up so fast. Thanks Hudson for coming over to play with us. We enjoyed spending time with you while your parents went to bible study.

I can't put my arms down

Making a snow angel. He was too light to make a dent when we put him in the snow.
He sure was having fun, can't you tell?
I can't put my arms down...but I can scream.

Introduction to the snow.
All dressed up to go outside and he couldn't even sit up from all of the padding in the clothing.

Thank you Jackie for the snow pants and coat!!! Harrison was so warm.
