Emilie had her first birthday party today and Harrison had a blast!!! She is so cute, she kept walking up to the other kids and saying "hi." She came over, sat in my lap and Harrison wasn't ok with it. He kept taking her bottle out of her mouth and throwing it on the ground. I guess it is a good thing we are waiting a while to have another child...He needs some time to learn to share.

Harrison's girlfriend's first birthday!!!!!!
11 months..time is flying
Harrison...walks in circles(to the song the hokie pokie), getting faster with his walking, stands from sitting, able to place shapes in his shape sorter, copying what we say/do, finally not pulling mom's hair-enjoys twisting it like his daddy, drives tractors:) (that one Craig gave me), changes his own diaper (once again Craig said-We wish), eats finger foods at all meals with 4 bottles a day, can climb up on ottomen-that's a fun one, loves to try and figure things out, pretty much walking everywhere, has his own mii and loves hugs. We are having a blast. Oh and one more thing walks around with both his hands in the air with his pointer fingers up like he is saying I am almost 1!!!
Harrison had a dr's appt. on Tuesday since Miss Dana thought he sounded croupy on Monday...Ear infections both ears and mild case of croup...antibiotics again...he is going to be just like his dad with these ear infections. Oh and he weighs...drumroll please..21 lbs 8 ounces.
Thank goodness we are all on the tail end of this cold crud...let's just say I think 2 weeks and my 2nd antibiotic is enough. Craig would probably be on antibiotic right now also, but he wouldn't go to the dr...Let's just say washing your hands a million times a day doesn't help when all of your coworkers/pt's are sick. Thank you G and G DuBois for watching Harrison for us Tuesday night, wed, and Thursday since we were taking turns feeling awful. We are so thankful for our wonderful family who help us out in times of need.

New words
Craig and I love to interpret Harrison...this week he is saying "wow" all the time. I guess my co-workers were right when they said I say this word a lot, Harrison is picking up on it.
Weekend in Wichita
Mommy and Harrison exploring G and G V. backyard. Doing better with the grass.
Harrison and Grandma V. looking out the window.
Lyndsay, Alicia, and myself with our babies:) We had a great time catching up.
G and G V taking Harrison on his first wagon ride. We had beautiful weather.
Harrison loves to swing....but we knew that already...he is our little monkey.
Meeting Ruby for the first time.
Driving Ruby for the first time....many years of off roading fun to come...but the driveway is a start. We would have more pics of family, however I am so bad about charging our camera and it died, thank you G and G Vaught for your copies of the weekend. Love you and miss all of you.
Cora Paige
I have shared with many you the journey that Joel and Jess (we lived in the same dorm at K-State) have recently gone through with their 11 month old daughter Cora who recently lost her battle with cancer. http://themcclenahans.blogspot.com/ I have been thinking about how I could write this post, but I can't even begin to imagine what they are going through-Harrison and Cora were so close in age. All I know is that in her 11 months of life she has touched more people than I could even hope to reach in my entire life-you can see this in the comments left on their blog and those are just from the people who left messages. We do not always understand why this happens, but our God is all knowing and he has a purpose for each of our lives. Cora is now safe in his arms playing in heaven and free from pain. Please continue to keep Joel and Jess in your prayers.
Also, they are going to build a playground at their church called Cora's playground http://corapaige.blogspot.com/
I found these beautiful flower pins that a woman is making in her name and all of the proceeds go towards Cora's playground. http://www.joyshope.com/2009/02/for-cora.html
