1st Haircut!!!

So on Harrison's 14th Monthday we decided it was time to even out his hair a little bit. He has the oddest hairline-one giant triangle shaped cowlick on the front of his hair, a whirlpirl in the back, and no hair on the side-the back was all curls and daddy thought it was time to get ride of them. Honestly I got a little emotional with this because I know he would look like a big boy afterwards and I would be reminded even more that he is growing up so quickly. We went to shear madness and they were great with him.

I can't be seen getting my picture taken in this HUMMER!!!

Miss Amy did a great job cutting his hair and the dinosaur saved the day!!!

We had a choice of a hummer, airplane, pink car, or golf cart...the hummer was the only one that had a seat belt.

The before and after shot...priceless:)

These are truly priceless. What a great set up for kids, I love the way they did their mirrors. He really does look like a big handsome boy now and the certificate is a great keepsake.

We are just so anxious to see you all again. Can't wait.

That looks like such a fun place for kids to get their hair cut! Parker has now had 2 haircuts. There is a guy here in Manhattan who has a stellar reputation for giving GREAT first haircuts! He used to cut my dad and brothers' hair and gave my nephew his first hair cut so we HAD to take Parker to him for his haircuts while we're still in Manhattan! The haircut place doesn't have fun kids things like the place you took Harrison but he does an awesome job, Parker just sits in my lap right through it like nothing is even happening. :) I hope we can find a fun place like the one you take Harrison to when we move to Columbia!! :)
